Group Size

We offer all our trips in multi Language groups , couples, families and companies. There is no problem on your group size as long as you comply with our standard procedures and have all the necessary documents for the trip to order a private guide or transfer you have to book before and get confirmation Email.

Exclusion from Participation

We has the right to refuse admittance or exclude you from an activity if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if your participation puts you or others at risk, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the price paid cannot be refunded.

Payment

Your credit card will be charged upon booking. If the provider does not accept your booking, the charged amount will be credited back.

Personal Responsibility for Insurance

Insurance is not included in the price. You are personally responsible for a sufficient insurance coverage. The extent of insurance need depends on the booked activity.

Program Changes

We Have further reserves the right to make minor program changes, if deemed necessary due to unforeseeable or unpreventable circumstances

Truthful Information

The information provided on the TheChosenTours booking platform must be truthful. We have reserves the right to cancel bookings when incorrect information has been provided. In this case, the price paid cannot be refunded.

Time Zone

For time and date calculations, the time zone of the Egypt shall apply.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the activity, the cancellation policy on the TheChosenTours voucher is authoritative. We advise the customer to carefully read the information on the TheChosenTours voucher.

If there is no cancellation policy stated on the TheChosenTours voucher, the following cancellation charges:
o Up to 4 days before begin of the activity: full refund
o 3-0 days before begin of the activity or no-show: no refund

The refund will be made within 20 working days by crediting the credit card used.

If the credit card payment before the use of the booked service is not honored or revoked, this will be considered as a booking cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. Further claims for damages are reserved.

Liability of the tour or touristic service

Our  tour or touristic service is liable according to applicable law. The liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it are subject to the substantive laws of Egypt, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our seat, provided that we may bring actions against users for infringement of intellectual property rights before any competent court, and subject to mandatory law
